Why is he being like this?

Ive been with this lad for over a year now and hes been asking to meet up for ages and he asks when its realy late and i ask when hes 'not around' and he text me last night saying to me to text him 2moro and so i did and gess what he wasnt around he allways bes realy nice when he wants me out, but when i want him he gets in a mood like im anoying him hes realy lazy and a stoner,.!, i tell him why i want him out ;p and hes happy and says ill text you the weekend and never does when wher to gether its great but when hes at home hes so lazy,.,what can i do 2 get him out ,?its been 2weeks now ov him saying he will,.do you think i should start playing hard to get,.?.do you think i should stop texting him to come out and just wait till he wants to??by the way im 18 so none of that age stuff please,.xx
