Gtn married nxt month but she took a break from us for a week or 2. Help me?

She did have a miscarrige this week.. Im told her im here for her but still wanted the break she said the wedding is on even sent invitations out.. Do i need to worry.. Jus b4 she left today she said how much she loves me and not to worry.. We live to gether and most her stuff still here jus took a big bag of cloths... Should i still worry help me cause i dont want to lose her.
