Can someone answer this PLZ! really need answers?

m 36 weeks 3cm dialated n from 2 o clock yesturday afernoon iv been havein labour contractions n there gettin closer 2 gether n on the machine its monitoring them between 50 and 70 but i havent dialated from the 3cm not even a inch im constantly being sick also
