My mom is having a new baby?

I will be 15 when the baby is born and up until now I have been an only child. I'm delighted that I'm going to be a big sister and I just wanted to know what changes are going to be made to daily life so that I'm not surprised by anything. Could you give me any alerts or pointers about the baby?
